We love pets and welcome your WELL BEHAVED fur babies to our home, but please approve with us before booking. There is a small pet fee, & you must follow our pet rules & clean up after your pet(s). *long-haired/shedding pets will be bigger fee* Plenty of parking available. You are responsible for any damages. Please note: we do not rent long-term or to locals. We do not rent to anyone without five stars. There are 2 queen beds & we accept up to 4 guests only. The space The front porch has three rocking chairs for enjoying the fresh country air and the sounds of nature like birds and crickets. You can also enjoy the outdoors by lounging on the upstairs deck. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc.. There is a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and coffee maker with coffee. Plenty of towels in the bathroom as well as soap, shampoo, hairdryer and iron. There is a washing machine and dryer that guests are welcome to use. We have laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Wood is not provided for the fire pit. We hope to make your visit as comfortable and pleasant as possible! Guest access Guest are welcome to roam over the entire place. If you like nature, there are deer, rabbits, birds, squirrels. Please watch also for other wildlife. (snakes, foxes, etc, as you will be in the woods) BB guns are on front porch for you to enjoy. Please use away from house. Large pond to fish for supper or catch & release. please do not fill your coolers. The pond is shared by other guests at times. Other things to note There is NO SMOKING in cabin . If you smoke outside, please dispose of your butts properly. Do NOT throw butts in the yard. NO DRUGS OF ANY KIND! You are responsible for pulling sheets off the bed and placing in laundry room upon departure; you also must take your trashbags out to the trashcan outside. If you are traveling with pets, please bring puppy pads. Please clean up after your dog. Let us know beforehand if you will be bringing a pet. Do not allow pets on the beds, and place a sheet over couch before allowing them on there.
