This secluded secondary unit is perfect for traveling families or even a large group who wants to experience Utah without breaking their bank. The space The space Extra spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, near by parks, golf, hiking. Guest access There are no common areas, you have the entire secondary unit to yourself along with the backyard during your stay. You are more than welcome to spend time in the back entrance of the house (this is your entrance to the unit). There are a couple of chairs and fire pit there, nothing fancy! If you smoke, please smoke outside and put cigarette butts in the ashtray. Other things to note It is a central cooling/heating so there is - NO temperature control in the secondary unit.
