Views of Mt Rainier to the southeast and the tip of Mt Baker to the northeast. Spectacular It is a magical place where you can explore many nearby State Parks, go Kayaking, hiking, yoga, experience water sunrises, amazing moons, and take a walk during low tides. The space Pleasant Harbor Marina is minutes away for launching and docking. From your doorstep, you can take a hike to some of the most magical, romantic hikes or walks on the northwest coast. Eat fresh Oysters or clams just 15 minutes south at Hama Hama while listening to live music on weekends. Walk to a local tavern, The Geoduck Tavern, or stay put and enjoy a million-dollar view with everything this home has to offer all around you. If you're a family or a couple in need of a getaway, then this is the perfect place to be. The home sleeps comfortably six people—two bedrooms in the Main house, one king and one queen bedroom. The additional studio attached to the house serves as the third bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, kitchen, and full bathroom, available for an extra fee. Each bedroom has its bathroom and shower, as well as a tub. The home features endless windows in every direction, an expansive deck that hangs over the water for big views, and a spacious area to comfortably accommodate a family of 6. The Olympic National Forest is near your doorstep. It is home to Otters, seals, Elk, Osprey, and Bald eagles. The listing is priced for 4 guests, with two bedrooms in the main house. The studio features a King bed and a pull-out queen couch, and incurs an additional charge of $75 per person per night for each extra guest. A maximum of 6 people are in the house. The studio is not available for parties of 4 or fewer. If you have four people or fewer and want the studio for a quiet office space or to split up teenagers, there would be an additional fee. The house is priced separately, not including the studio. The studio is located next to the road, so traffic during the day is steady, and it may not be the best option for light sleepers. The main house is quiet and very insulated from traffic. You enter from the mid-level carport and have 12 steps down to the main level and 12 steps up to the studio. People who have issues with stairs should consider other homes. Quilcene is 15 miles north. Brinnon is a short drive to historic Port Townsend and about 90 minutes from Hurricane Ridge. Locally, you are just minutes away from Rocky Point Falls and the incredible views on top of Mt. Walker. This is the eastern access to all these amazing natural places, abundant with fantastic scenery. It offers a range of hiking trails that can lead you through the entire Park for a week of trekking or a short round-trip with a picnic. Falls View Park and waterfall, Wildlife Viewing Platform, Mount Walker viewpoint, and many other excellent scenic outings are all within a few minutes' drive. Port Townsend is a great short 45-minute day trip offering historic buildings and fantastic spots on the water for lunch. A favorite of ours is a place called "Sirens.' One small to one medium-sized pet pre-approved No harvesting of Oysters or Clams at the Brinnon beach below as the state park is only 1/2 a mile where you can harvest. There are no Fireworks allowed Guest access There is a large, spacious private yard and private deck with apple and cherry trees, blueberry and strawberry gardens, and a large deck. The lockbox is under the carport on the left side of the entry door. A new Fiber Optic service is now available to the house, providing high-speed internet. You will enjoy the new service. Other things to note We have firewood (located near the fire-burning stove). Propane for the barbecue and the fire pit is also provided.
