Rustic Oceanfront Beach Pad

It's all about the location! Walk right out to the beach and boardwalk. Spend your days on the beach and walk to everything--Mission Bay, bars, restaurants, Crystal Pier, Belmont Park, etc. Parking is not included and finding street parking is difficult. Our second-floor studio is perfect for one person or a couple. Unplug for a few days or a week. Enjoy the unobstructed ocean view and beautiful sunsets. Our apartment has a separate kitchen and bathroom and rustic wood paneling. The space There is active construction in our neighborhood. You may hear construction noise in the apartment and outside during the day. In the main room/bedroom, we have one (1) firm queen-size platform bed with a Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress. There are four large picture windows (two facing the ocean and two facing the building next door) that do not open. There are two small, floor-level windows that open, and one has the portable AC unit vent attached to it. We have two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a boogie board and beach towels for your use. The eat-in kitchen has a range oven, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, pub table and stools. You can breakfast from the kitchen pub table with a view of the beach. The vintage bathroom has a shower over tub. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and toilet paper. Parking is NOT available or included. Street parking can be difficult, especially during the summer and on the weekends. Guest access You will have the whole apartment to yourself! Parking is NOT available or included. You can get around the neighborhood on foot, by bike and scooter. Other things to note From the apartment, you can hear folks on the Boardwalk at all hours of the day and night. If you are a light sleeper or need silence, this apartment may not be the right fit for you. Parking is not included, and street parking is tough. If you need to have a car, this apartment may not be the right fit. Please make sure to read all street signs before parking, or you risk getting a parking ticket and/or being towed. Please do not block our neighbors' garages. We do not have a TV. We have fast wifi, so you can take video calls and stream movies from your personal devices.
