Welcome to our adorable home! With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, our house can host a max of 5 people. Max of 4 adults. You are about an 8 min. drive from downtown San Antonio and the recently expanded Riverwalk is only about a half mile away. Lots of yummy and authentic Mexican food surrounds you! We are offering this as a dog friendly home with $35 pet stay fee per dog. 5 guest maximum includes infants. There is an outdoor camera on the front doorbell and another in the backyard. The space Amenities: •Two bedrooms/ Two full bathrooms •WIFI •A/C & Heating •Private parking lot for up to 6 cars and street parking •Flat-screen 55 inch TV in both living and master bedroom •Washer & Dryer with laundry detergent •Front and Back Porch with LARGE Backyard •Fully equipped Kitchen with new stainless steel appliances •Coffee pot and French Press •Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner in each bathroom •All linens and towels provided Owners have access to front and backyard security cameras. Small porch with a large backyard, perfect for outdoor vacation workouts and activities! No Smoking of any kind is allowed on the property. No illegal activities. No parties or events in the home. No firearms allowed on property. Attic, cleaning supply closet, hot water closet, and crawl space under home are not for guest access. Guests entering these areas is considered trespassing. **We request only kind, courteous, and down to earth guests book our property. If you’re a guest that likes to book a place then attempt to find flaws for a refund, find somewhere else. ** *** Each pet is $35 per stay. Please contact about types of animals staying before booking. You are responsible for any any all damages a pet can incur.*** No size restrictions. Guest assumes all responsibilities of pet. Guest is to always watch pet. Hosts and property are not responsible for any pet injuries or death on property. Due to our permit, only a max of 4 adults are allowed to stay in the home. This is a max of 2 adults per bedroom. Any items left in the home past checkout time become property of the hosts to dispose of or keep at their discretion. No items will be shipped to prior guests. Guests assume all liability on property. Guests on property are entering at their own risk. Hosts and property owners are not responsible for any injuries, death, stolen/lost property, or any other liabilities. This applies to all humans and animals. Guest access Entire property Other things to note Airbnb automatically charges a 6% Taxes Fee that goes to the State of Texas. The City of San Antonio Charges a 10.75% additional fee per stay. This fee is worked into your nightly rate and we will pay it on your behalf. We WILL NOT charge you an additional fee for the City of San Antonio.
