My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It’s like getting a 1 bedroom condo with kitchen & living room since am not there. The space Stainless steel appliances, tile throughout the kitchen & bathrooms, tile wood floor in the living & the bedrooms. Living room have couch with Chaise, fold out red chair, 55 inch smart Samsung LED Flat Screen TV, 55” TV in your bedroom, small patio with 2 chairs to enjoy the sunset, dining room table that sits 4 people, plus your bathroom. I am not in the condo during your visit. LICENSE NUMBER 2024435 Guest access High Speed WiFi internet access and no Cable TV (Netflix, Hulu plus local stations available with wireless antenna) heated community Pool, Community Washer $2.50 regular with shinepay app. Dryer $2.00 (4620 code) very nearby. Other things to note Please no loud parties or pets. This is non-smoking unit. This is lower unit so you might hear walking from the upper unit.
