Close to the Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & Casino Fort Lauderdale International Airport Pool & Jacuzzi- The Pool & Jacuzzi heating is complementary at this property. Winter months in Florida the pool temperature will be maintained between 82-84 degrees Fahrenheit during the day. This is the recommended temperature for our pool professionals. If you desire to have the pool heated above 83 Degrees, we could accommodate to do so for an upcharge of $25/day to a maximum of 87 degrees. For higher temperatures you have full complementary access to the Jacuzzi which heats up to 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Beautiful open interior with delicate coastal decoration. Except the garage (which is used to store maintenance equipment) Other things to note Arrival & Property Inspection: We want you to be comfortable and happy with the property from the moment you arrive. Please take a few minutes to inspect the home upon check-in. If you experience a major issue or material concern that significantly affects your stay, please notify us through Airbnb within one hour of arrival so we have the opportunity to address the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved and you choose not to stay, you may request a full refund. Major concerns reported after the one-hour inspection period will not be eligible for a full refund. Minor maintenance or housekeeping concerns should still be reported as soon as possible so we can assist you promptly Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is NOT permitted inside the property. Outdoor smoking is permitted only with prior consent and approval before booking. Air Conditioning: The air conditioning in the home is fully available for your comfort and can be adjusted between 70°F and 82°F. Please keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is running. Age & Check-In: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to check in. If the person who made the reservation is delayed and the rest of the party will arrive first, written authorization must be obtained from us in advance. Florida Wildlife: Please remember that our home is located just minutes from the Florida Everglades. Florida is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including, but not limited to, birds, rabbits, lizards, insects, parrots, and many aquatic creatures. Because of our tropical climate, it is normal to occasionally see wildlife around the property. If doors or windows are left open, insects or small animals may enter the home. While enjoying the backyard, pool, or sunbathing outdoors, you may also see lizards, birds, or other native wildlife. These are natural environmental conditions that are outside of our control. By booking this property, you acknowledge that the presence of Florida wildlife is not considered a property defect and is not grounds for cancellation, a full or partial refund through Airbnb, or any other booking platform. Pets: When adding a pet to your booking, please message us with the breed, approximate weight, and number of pets. Owner approval must be granted prior to booking. Umbrellas / Beach Chairs: Please inspect all umbrellas, beach chairs, and outdoor equipment within 2 hours of check-in. Please take photos and report any existing damage or missing items through Airbnb chat. Florida is known for sudden wind gusts. Never leave an umbrella open and unattended or use it in windy conditions. If an umbrella blows away or is damaged due to misuse, you will be financially responsible for its replacement, as well as for any beach chairs or other equipment that are lost or damaged due to misuse.
