Our home is walking distance to Pine Street and all that downtown Exeter has to offer. Lots of restaurants and antique shops line the iconic streets. A walking tour of the famous murals is the perfect way to stretch your legs. We are located roughly 35 minutes from the Sequoia National Park entrance, this is the perfect location for anyone needing a home base after a day of hiking and exploring. Exeter features some of the most fun seasonal events around with Fall Festival, Christmas Downtown and summer concerts at the park. For a little more adventure travel 20 minutes to the quaint foothill town of 3 Rivers and rent a houseboat on Kaweah Lake, swim at Slick Rock, or go jump in one of the swim holes located all along the river. Guest access The whole house and back yard are available for guest use. Other things to note There is NO full size stove in the kitchen. We do have a microwave, toaster oven, electric skillet and griddle as well as an electric kettle. Exeter is a rural farming town, there are bugs and dust as the seasons change. We have a professional pest and cleaning services on a regular basis and do our best to insure you have the best stay.
