It is outfitted with 3 smart tv's, cable, WIFI, washer and dryer, keyless entry, and outdoor living space. Our beach house has 4 bedrooms plus a bonus room off the master bedroom, with a desk we use as an office. This room does have an exterior door. 4th bedroom/studio is downstairs with separate entrance/separated from upstairs. Centrally located in Kill Devil Hills, the house is within a mile of Publix, DQ, and some of Kill Devil Hills's best restaurants, mini golf, and other activities. Vacationers can leave their cars in the large driveway with ample parking for 4 cars and walk 500 feet to the beach access straight ahead from our driveway. After a full day lounging on the beach or exploring the area, you can wash off in the new outdoor shower and head upstairs to relax in a house complete with all the amenities. The kitchen is brand new with white quartz counters and all the cooking necessities. Or, you can go back downstairs and grill out on the charcoal grill and enjoy the salt in the air. The large second story deck is great to enjoy a cocktail before dinner and enjoy the breeze coming off the ocean. There are two pack n plays in the bonus room for guest use, as well as two high chairs. We have small children so the house is very kid friendly, complete with tons of toys and books for kids. We provide sheets and bath towels, all you need is your bathing suit, beach towels and flip flops. We do NOT allow pets.
