My little green Granny house - near Corn Palace

This cozy house has so much to offer with sleeping for 4 to 8 and could accommodate more with the pack-and-play. King bed sleeps two, full size bed, and two full size sleeper sofas each sleep one or two people. Extra blankets and pillows in rooms. Close to shopping, banks, eating establishments and the community theater. Parking off street or behind the house with both front and back door entrance. Grill, fire pit and swing set out back. No smoking. No parties. Great place to relax and enjoy. The space This home gives you the space you need to spread out while still being cozy. With a large dining room there is plenty of room for meals and a great space for game night. Board games and books fill the book shelf nook so after a day exploring the Corn Palace or hunting you can relax with a book or enjoy one of the many games. A nice size yard with a swing set and fire pit offers a place to enjoy the outdoors as well. And don't forget the grill for those steaks, burgers, and hot dogs! Main floor laundry makes the chore of washing clothes more convenient and eliminates the need to pack so much. One block from Main street and three blocks from the Corn Palace. Guest access Access to the house, front and back yard, alley that leads to the rear of the house and parking space next to the barn. Keyless entry pad on front door. Other things to note This home has just been updated and still has some older features. New furnace and new central air installed September 2021, new roof 2022.
