Master bedroom with private master bathroom ready for your enjoyment. Located in a quiet Cedar Park neighborhood, with quick access to shopping (Target, HEB, Starbucks, etc). 15min Drive to Lake Travis, 30min drive to downtown Austin. Great room for those visiting family and needing a separate relaxed space. Shared kitchen, living room, patio, and laundry room. Coffee bar (or tea) ready for your caffeinated needs. Pet friendly location. Fenced in backyard w/ facilities for furry guests. The space Single family home with pet friendly space. Smart TV is logged into: Netflix, Hulu, CBS All Access, & Disney+ with youtube also available. Fenced backyard has trashcan for doggo bathroom deposits (and a pooper scooper to make it easier). Kitchen has a large shared fridge, all cooking utensils and eating utensils are available to utilize to make your stay more homey. Patio has multiple seating areas including a table for a nice morning coffee. Due to Covid we just ask to observe social distancing & mask wearing while out as the house is a shared space. There is plenty of hand soap, sanitizer and cleaning wipes to keep germs at bay. Please note that this space is a SHARED space. Due to the influx of Covid-19 cases in Texas, precautions may be implemented such as temperature checks or masks being worn in common shared areas. To keep ALL guest safety in mind that could potentially share this space, it is required all guests are symptom free for 14 days before booking.
