The space This Penthouse unit is located on the top floor, walking up stairs is required to get to the condo. Enjoy the fully stocked remodeled large kitchen with a sit-up bar for 3 that is open to the large dining table and family room. On the main level there are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and amazing views. 2 full main floor bathrooms. The loft upstairs has 2 queen beds and another full bathroom. Snuggle up in front of the gas burning fireplace in the living room or on the covered patio while enjoying the beautiful views . There is a large full kitchen with all utensils needed to make a small or large meal or everyone with full size refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. There is a public laundry room and community room with a ping pong table, treadmills, 2 barbecues, large heated pool, 2 hot tubs and sand volleyball on the premises for you to enjoy. Also a brand new pickleball facility within walking distance. We have 2 tvs. One in the family room with cable and one in the loft for gaming and movies. None of the condos at the Rockies have AC. But we have plenty of fans in all rooms to keep cool. Afternoons are a great time to head to the pool! Guest access Guests will have the entire condo unit to themselves.
