Our beautiful beach with private access is waiting for you! Treat the family or yourself with a stay at The Salty Seahorse. Our gorgeous and newly updated 2bd/2ba beach villa is located in the Hilton Head Resort which is a gated community with 24-hr security. It is perfect for your island getaway whether it’s a family vacation, couples retreat or fun trip with the girls! The space The Salty Seahorse beach villa is located on the top floor (4th) of Building 4 overlooking the tennis courts. The moment you arrive you will feel right at home and totally relaxed in the quiet atmosphere of our modern and bright beach decor. The kitchen has been fully redone with new cabinets, hard-surface countertops, and stainless steel appliances. It is fully stocked with pots and pans, coffee maker, Kuerig, electric griddle, blender, toaster, cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, and glasses...everything you need at your home away from home! The living room has a flat screen TV connected to the internet. Free WiFi and cable TV is included! The dining area seats 4 people comfortably. The Master bedroom is spacious and peaceful with a queen bed, large flat screen HDTV, plus an en-suite bath with tiled walk-in shower. Hangers, iron and ironing board, and hairdryers are provided. There is a Pack-n-Play in the master closet for your little one, just bring your own linens for your child. The guest bedroom has a full and a twin bed, a 32” flatscreen Smart TV ( no cable but you can log into your Netflix account or bring your chrome cast!)and a bookcase filled with a variety of books for your reading pleasure or that special bedtime story for the littles. The second bathroom has a tiled surround bathtub, vanity, and hair dryer. You are allowed up to two parking spaces at the resort. No commercial vehicles or RVs are allowed overnight. We provide fresh sheets and bath towels with a starter kit of paper towels, dishwasher tabs & liquid, toilet tissue, and soap. Other things to note Our guests have access to all of these amazing amenities... Six (6) lighted tennis courts, heated indoor pool, two outdoor pools, sauna, hot tub, indoor walking track, exercise area. • Community is gated with 24-hour surveillance. • Designated picnic area with grills. • Free parking • There are coin-operated washers/dryers located on the 4th floor. $2.50/load for washer and $2.50/load for dryer (washing supplies needed and these machines accept credit/debit cards and also easy pay with a special app on your mobile device! When you download the app you’ll receive a $5 credit which means your first wash & dry are free!) • Gift store with a deli/grill onsite. • We are a beach-side resort--there are no streets to cross and our 400-yard private boardwalk is not shared with the general public. If you are not up to walking through the beautiful marsh to the beach, take the shuttle! • Full-service cabana/bar & grill with bathrooms & beach volleyball on beach at Coco's open May through October. Best burgers on the island! We want you to enjoy your stay at our beach villa without having to concern yourself with bringing lots of “extras”. We have board games, card games, a volleyball (for Coco’s on the Beach volleyball court, 2 boogie boards, 2 tennis racquets, 2 beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach wagon to haul it in for your convenience! We ask that you please make sure all sand is washed off items and they are dry before returning to the unit. Just bring your own beach towels and you’re set for a day of fun at the beach! Our beautiful, uncrowded beach is located a short 12 minute walk from our unit across the boardwalk that takes you over a gorgeous salt marsh and ends at Coco’s and the beach! Showers and bathrooms are conveniently located at Coco’s Tiki Bar. A free golf cart shuttle is also available to take you across the boardwalk for those days you’d prefer not to walk! Chairs and umbrellas are also available to rent on the beach.
