Situated on a quiet street, a short walk of approximately 600 meters takes you to the beach access of the glorious sandy beach and lake with shallow waters perfect for young children and families. This gorgeous open concept two-storey year-round cottage features an abundance of natural light, updated kitchen/baths, spacious upper deck and outdoor shower and patio. The kids will enjoy the newer cedar Bunkie only 20’ from the back door of the cottage, together with area to safely roam the hills and outdoor play. A horseshoe pit with two outdoor fire pits are sure to delight. The main cottage offers 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms with space and privacy. It can sleep 12-14 people. The master bedroom has a Queen bed while the other 2 bedroom have doubles. There is one bunk bed as well as a single bed in the forth bedroom. A combination of vinyl plank and ceramic flooring are easy to clean up after a day at the beach allowing for relaxing time on the upper deck to enjoy the renowned Lake Huron sunsets! The cottage is being rented furnished. The driveway easily accommodates up to 8 vehicles. Near by amenities include many golf courses, bike trails, and restaurants, variety, liquor and grocery stores. Port Franks has three boating arenas. Guest access Self check in via key pad.
