Welcome to Paseo Mateo in the heart of San Clemente! My name is John and I own and operate this five star San Clemente vacation rental. I live on-site and work nearby and will do all I can to make sure you have a wonderful stay. The location is perfect to enjoy of all of San Clemente’s best beaches, restaurants, walking trails, stores, surf spots, golf courses, etc. In between your vacation activities, you can rely on Paseo Mateo as a place to relax and unwind. The space Paseo Mateo is quiet, private, and perfect for visitors wanting to experience the best of San Clemente. Your vacation home is nicely furnished and has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen. It is on the second floor perched above the single story neighbors with views of palm trees and the Pacific Ocean. Located on the ocean side of the highway in the desirable southwest section of San Clemente, Paseo Mateo is the perfect starting point for all San Clemente has to offer. Your second story vacation home has an ocean view, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has a walk-in closet to store your personal belongings. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and direct access to the second bathroom. The living room features a 50” flat screen HDTV with Roku, YouTube TV, Netflix, DVR recording, and a voice activated remote control. High speed Wi-Fi internet access is strong throughout the apartment. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, and a Keurig Coffee Maker (with some K-Cups to get you started). Make yourself at home, but get out and explore the wonderful beach town of San Clemente. I hope you choose to stay, but more than that, I hope you choose to come back again, and again! Guest access Laundry is in the garage through door B in the breezeway.
