No shoes in the house, please remove shoes upon entry 2. Please refrain from adjusting the AC unit and communicate if the current temperature is unfitting for you. We aim to keep the temperature stable for everyone in the house, taking into account the season. 3. Please keep shared areas tidy, as the bathroom and commons areas are shared amongst guest 4. Quiet hours 11pm-9am 5. Room can only be reserved for ONE guest. No infants 6. Please turn off lights in the room when you leave Other things to note Bathroom is shared between 2 other guest. Bathroom is cleaned before and after all guest check in/out. Additional guests staying at the house will only be allowed upon request, and given permission. - Quiet hours are 11pm-9am. - Pets are not allowed - $200 fee will be charged for violation - Check-out time is @ 10:00 AM, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. There will be a $50 fee charged for any late check outs that are not approved prior to 24hrs before check out. - For stays exceeding 7 days there will be an additional cleaning fee of $50 per week to cover the extra cleaning and maintenance required for extended use.
