Welcome to Heart and Soil Ridge! Come experience life on a Minnesota farm nestled in the rolling hills of the Driftless area! Relax outside on the deck, swing in a hammock among the trees, or walk through our beautiful cover crop fields. This is a working farm & depending on the season, you are welcome to help collect eggs, observe the numerous farm animals, learn about regenerative farming, or visit our Fox Red labs. We want your experience at our farm to be relaxing and refreshing! The space The cottage has a clean, quaint, country feel, with comfortable seating and a fully working kitchen - everything you will need to enjoy your stay at the farm! There is a cozy bedroom fitted with a queen bed on the main floor, and a short, steep staircase leading up to a small loft area with two twin beds - perfect for children. The living room area has a queen sized pull-out couch for extra sleeping space. This unit is equipped with air-conditioning, heat (a must in Minnesota!), a flat-screen TV, and spa towels. Everything you need to play a game of cards, enjoy a movie, prepare a meal, get lost in a book, or just sit back and unwind! In the morning, feel free to cozy up to your cup of coffee outside. There is a small patio area surrounded by gardens just outside the door. Guests can also make use of the fire pit area and benches, or can grill up something special on the provided gas grill. Feel free to wander the grounds, taking in the ridge top views from the farm, the fresh air, or a walk among the trees - there is space aplenty to run and roam!
