Private Tiny House with view near Alki Beach

Want to experience living in a tiny house while listening to the waves on the beach? Come visit 'Alki Lookout'! Just a 5 minute walk to Alki Beach in West Seattle. Enjoy a panoramic views of the Puget Sound & Alki Beach and fall asleep watching the ferries pass by. Located on a quiet street, you have access to your own parking spot and private entrance. The space This house is a tiny house, which means things are well.... tiny. Kitchen comes with a mini fridge (with small freezer), 1-burner induction cook-top, coffee maker, toaster oven, towels, hand & dish soap, dish drying rack, storage for groceries, garbage and recycling bins. Additionally we provide pots/pans, plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, wine & beer opener, utensils. Living area comes with sleeper sofa (that sleeps 2), flat screen TV with access to Netflix, & Amazon Prime. Bedroom has new full-size double bed (that sleeps 2) and is stocked with sheets, duvet blanket, pillows. Extra bedding available. Please note there are two beds to accommodate 4 guests, not 4 individual beds. Private deck off the bedroom has small table and two chairs for enjoying the view. We have a small shelving unit for storage of clothing as well as a rack & hangers to hang clothes/jackets etc. Bathroom has clawfoot tub, shower & toilet. Sink for bathroom is located in kitchen area. We provide toilet paper, towels & a hairdryer. Other: House has a heater, emergency kit, fire extinguisher & smoke & carbon monoxide detector. A safe is available for you to store valuables should you desire. Guest access This is an entire stand-alone house where you will have the entire place. There are two entry points: upstairs next to the driveway where you park, and downstairs french doors opening into the backyard. Both are secured with a keyed entry.
