1 bedroom/ 1 bath apartment in Seminole Heights/Tampa Heights area of Tampa- convenient to everything Tampa has to offer! The space This apartment is part of an apartment building that has 8 units. We are in the process of converting all the apartments to vacation rentals. This unit was remodeled in June 2017. You'll love cooking in the kitchen which has a full size fridge, stove, plenty of cabinet space, new granite countertops and eat in table. The remodeled bathroom has a custom made vanity, spacious tiled tub/shower combo and recessed lighting. The entire space has been beautifully decorated to make your stay feel like your home away from home. Amenities include central a/c, a double bed in the bedroom, sleeper sofa that converts to full bed in the living room, brand new flat screen tv with cable and WIFI. There is also a washer/dryer in the apartment so you can do laundry and not return home with a suitcase full of dirty clothes. The building also has a private courtyard with outside seating for smoking or relaxing. The entire building has secure access thru the courtyard which has coded entry gates from the parking lot and street. Guest access You have the entire apartment to yourself. You can also have access to the courtyard which has a picnic table and BBQ grille. Other things to note We are taking the recommended steps as presented by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for cleaning, disinfecting and preparing our condo for your arrival. We are following the protocols laid out by the CDC and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for Hard (non-porous) Surfaces, Soft (Porous) Surfaces and Electronics. The linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturers guidelines.
