Stay in a chill quiet neighborhood that is next to the new Advent Health Apopka. We welcome guests from anywhere in the world and try to make you feel at home. Enjoy Cuban coffee in the mornings or evenings relaxing in the pool. We are beach bums at heart and travelers so feel free to join us on surf or kayak trips. Welcome to a home that is open to anyone who needs a home away from home. The space Our place is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood just 30 minutes to all the theme parks, 36 minutes to Orlando International Airport (MCO), 50 minutes to the beach, and 20 minutes to the quaint town of Mount Dora. If you have a bicycle, paddle board, or a kayak, bring it on your trip and store it in our garage during your stay. There are gorgeous Florida springs and lakes all around our area to be explored. The bedroom is upstairs and has a bathroom that is shared with one other person. The laundry machines are conveniently upstairs too and are fully available to you at no extra cost along with an iron and ironing board. Down stairs is the living room that welcomes you to sit and relax after a long day. The kitchen is spacious and is open for you to use any of its pots, pans, plates, etc. Cook away! I make Cuban coffee in the mornings and you are always welcome to grab a cup and boost your mornings. There's space in the pantry and refrigerator available to you for food storage. There is a pool! From sunrise to sunset, there is a pool for you to relax and soak in our Floridian sun. There is also a gym for you to work out and stay feeling healthy. Most people in our neighborhood walk their dogs or take jogs in the mornings and evenings so feel free to join the community.
