Pied a terre on the North Fork, in the heart of Southold village. Gorgeous bay beach 5 minute walk, as are farmstands, supermarket, Historic Southold Village with quaint shops, Hampton Jitney & LIRR. Lots of light, new contemporary space featuring full bathroom with bathtub. Perfect for one, suitable for a couple for weekend getaway. Small kitchenette perfect for simple food prep, morning coffee/tea. Chickens on property, fresh pastured eggs in your kitchenette upon arrival! The space Front door will be unlocked, so you can let yourself in and find the studio to your right once inside the entry room. There’s a set of keys in a bowl right next to your door, one for your door, one for front door. Guests love to see our chickens in their fenced in yard! Don’t worry if you see one or two outside - Ethel and Carrie like to wander but know how to get back in ;) Guest access You can park a car in driveway during your stay. Enjoy sitting on the patio outside the studio - it does get WiFi which can make working outside an option.
