The top level offers a private, dedicated entrance, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, dining room and a show stopping kitchen. The bottom level is occupied. The Pleasant Hollow is outfitted with fast Wifi throughout, smart tvs in each bedroom and the comfortable living room. The only shared space is the driveway. The space PARTIES AND GATHERINGS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! Police will be called and the reservation will be canceled immediately without refund. From the moment you walk in the front door, the Pleasant Hollow feels bright, open and spacious! It would be the perfect backdrop for your next getaway. The kitchen is newly renovated and stocked. It has brand new stainless steel appliances and a coffee corner, making meal preparation easy. There is a large leather sectional in the living room boasting an elegant fireplace. Also found within, a spacious dining room that can accommodate families and parties of up to 6 people. Some of the available amenities are as follows: -Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, Keurig, coffee/tea, pots/pans, dishes, cups, mugs, silverware, toaster, etc.) -Blow dryer -Shampoo/conditioner/body wash -Iron and ironing board -Wifi (150 Mb/sec download speed- capability to stream multiple devices simultaneously) -Smart – Fire TV’s with adapter for easy gaming connectivity -Echo Dot w/ Alexa Although we respect individual lifestyle choices, please note that smoking/vaping is absolutely prohibited in the home. We ask that all guests who chose to, do so outside the home. No exceptions!!! PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO COVID-19, ACCESS TO THIS HOME IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF 6 INDIVIDUALS ON THE PROPERTY AT ANY GIVEN TIME. Guest access Parking is allowed on the left side of the driveway only. The driveway accommodates 2 vehicles. Street parking is limited. If you choose to park on the street, please note the following. -subdivision rules require all parking on one side of the street -do not block mailboxes -do not park in the area between the mailbox and the main entrance to the subdivision Other things to note Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Our enhanced cleaning measures include longer "vacant periods" between guests, thorough cleaning and sanitizing of the home and the use of gloves and approved disinfectants.
