It is remodeled with wood and tile floors, ceiling fans, custom all tile shower & granite counter tops. Outside the apartment there is a BBQ grill, sitting area and lots of reserved parking space. Other things to note - This is Apartment #2 in the complex (First floor, the apartment to the left of building) - Apartment is 100% non-smoking. - Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request. - Parties are NOT allowed! - BBQ area is on the back of the building - We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases. -Late check-out might be possible for an additional fee (Please ask for an approval first)
