HOT TUB FOR SEVEN The main house sleeps 9 Great place for families and friends. The Main house has a large kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 bathrooms, laundry room and 19 acres in the backyard. Great for hunting small game, fishing, atv riding right to the Falls or swimming. Kayaks are available at no charge. Searchmont Ski Resort is right around the corner, 3 minutes away. The attached chalet is occupied but totally separate from the main house. Starlink satellite for fast internet The space Sit in the HOT TUB in the front porch and enjoy the beautiful view. Plenty of parking. BBQ always ready with propane tanks. Searchmont Ski Resort is just around the corner, 3 minutes away. Bring your ATV and take Hult Rd, follow the trail and you will end up at the Whitman Dam Falls. You can walk the rocks right to the Falls. The Goulais River is for swimming, canoeing, kayaking, floaties or just walk along the shore line that is yours to enjoy. Kayaks are available at no additional charge. You can also fish anywhere along the Goulais River Guest access There are 2 trails to the Goulais River. One in the backyard is more adventureous but 10 minutes thru the forest and you will arrive at the flowing waters of the Goulais River. The second trail has a new boardwalk to cross and a few minutes you're at the Goulais River, but much calmer and easy to swim, kayak, canoe or just relax on a floatie. Bring your 4 wheeler or snow shoes and explore the trails in the area. Other things to note The property is protected with cameras so you're not disturbed by unwanted guests. Camera points down the driveway and not in front of your living space or the fire pit so you will not feel watched. If you need groceries delivered we can do that for you. No pets are allowed.
