Wow!!! Our new spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 full bath home on a 60-foot wide, deep-water canal with a 60-foot-long dock is only 1,500 feet from the open waters of Kemp Channel. Our canal enters Kemp Channel just to the north of the Overseas Highway Bridge, so that our guests bringing their boats have access to the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico. We have a guest friendly cancellation policy as described below in this listing. The space Our home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each visit. Our comfortable and spacious 10 ft by 20 ft deck is directly off the great room and offers our guests a beautiful view of the peaceful channel. We have a large outdoor table & chairs with umbrella on the deck and another under the house on a beautiful stone paver patio. Across the street in front of our home is a serene nature preserve affording our guests a true sense of peace and privacy. The house sports an open layout, with a large kitchen, dining room and great room. We have made every effort to supply you with all the kitchen appliances and utensils needed for a great family vacation. Our home has a split bedroom floor plan with the master bedroom on one side with its own spacious bathroom complete with shower and tub. The other two bedrooms are located on the other side of the living quarters also with a full bath in the nearby hallway. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, chest and night tables and its own Roku smart TV. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans. The hall bathroom has a tub with showerhead. The split bedroom layout gives privacy for couples and families. Our great room is appointed with a very comfortable sleep sofa with a queen size Sealy mattress. Also, our wide screen Roku smart TV is visible from all areas in the open living area. Our kitchen sports an expansive island with stools to enjoy breakfast or a quick snack. We have a separate dining area with table and chairs. We are a very short boat ride to Kemp Channel. Once there, heading south. will bring you to small islands with cozy sandbars and refreshing tropical breezes. Heading a little further south will bring you to Looe Reef, a spectacular coral reef and with world famous snorkeling. Or you may choose to head north to the back country and explore the beauty and serenity of the exotic sandbars of Marvin Key and Content Key. We have a fish cleaning station off our dock making it easy to prepare the catch of the day. The incredible and world-famous Bahia Honda Beach is only a 10-minute car ride. And, of course, fun filled Key West just a short drive also. We have a 28-night minimum stay and request that our guests book those 28 nights within the same month or with only a few days on either side of that month.
