For our guests, safety and peace of mind, we added UV lights in our HVAC systems as well as 3 portable UV lights to disinfect each room prior to guest arrival. The wearing a face mask in the house is at your discretion. The space YOUR PRIVATE UPSTAIRS KING SUITE OFFERS: king bed w/ 15' vaulted ceilings; en-suite private bathroom w/ walk in shower & rain head; blow dryer; towels; closet; 42" flat screen TV; wireless headset w/ noise reduction; WiFi; and your own large private balcony, plus an essential oil diffuser, featuring doTerra oils for relaxing, breathing, rejuvenating and grounding effects (all the aforementioned is exclusively yours). GUEST COMMON AREAS UPSTAIRS INCLUDE: den w/ mini-fridge; ice machine; Keurig coffee maker; iron and ironing board & huge upper sun deck. GUEST COMMON AREAS DOWNSTAIRS INCLUDE: gourmet kitchen; living room; dining room; baby grand piano; laundry room; large aviary (where you can get to know our overly friendly parrots); koi pond; BBQ grill; salt water pool; porches and patios galore & a private courtyard with gas fire pit. BUT THERE'S MORE: WiFi throughout the property; off street parking; waterfront park across the street. Situated along the Hillsborough River, there are wonderful restaurants, shops, grocery store, apothecary, beauty salon, pizzeria, micro breweries, smoke shop and a bakery (ALL JUST A FEW MINUTE WALK). DOWNTOWN TAMPA IS 3 MILES. We have pets, 2 standard poodles and 2 macaw parrots. NO PROBLEM IF YOU DON'T LIKE PETS - the birds stay in the aviary during the day and the overly friendly dogs are not allowed upstairs. All this is mentioned, simply to make sure you know, you are getting the BEST of the BEST at our house. FOR EVERYONE'S SAFETY AND WELLBEING, we made a few changes. We added 2 UV filters in our AC system, and hand sanitizer in each suite. We added hand sanitizer stations throughout the house. We have 2 portable UV lamps to sanitize the suite prior to your arrival and after your departure. Guest access You have access to the den, pool, sun decks and multiple courtyards. You may also use the kitchen, laundry facility. Also included are a baby grand piano and awesome massage chair for your pleasure. During your stay You choose whether you want to be reclusive and spend most of your time in your own private suite, or socialize with us. Other things to note CLOTHING OPTIONAL - we are a progressive family, and although we are not nudists, we understand guests want to swim or sunbathe in the nude. No Problem, just be mindful of others. PETS - Although we have pets, and are a "PET FRIENDLY" establishment, we do not allow guests to bring their pets CLEANLINESS - Guests are responsible for the upkeep of their own suite. Housekeeping will provide fresh linen and towels to guest staying longer than 6 nights.
