Beautiful separate unit available close to the heart of DC. You can reach the major landmarks, parks, and nightly events all within a 15 minute Uber Ride. The unit has a 3-stage water filter tied into the main line that provides extra clean water for use. There is a Samsung TV with Roku Ultra and YoutubeTV. We are a married couple with roots within the DMV area so we can provide tips on cool places to check out. The space The unit has a fully functional kitchen with Samsung appliances, and Electric Heating/AC. There are two bedrooms in the front and back of the unit. A living room area has a couch with an in-built memory foam sofa. We have a visitor parking pass available for anybody to park on the street. To be transparent, we have a single security camera on the rear door of the top unit that monitors our driveway and back alley. This is an English basement unit with two private entrances to the unit. The upstairs unit does not have access to this listing. Guest access Please note that stairs will need to be used to get to the unit. This unit is NOT handicap accessible.
