If (children under the age of 15) are in the home, they must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. 3.The home comes with a fully stocked Laundry room however, its requested to NOT wash any linens (Towels or sheets or duvets) The machines are for the home occupants garments only. 4. Counter tops, range/ stove, TV's and all other appliances that are in common spaces should be turned off after use & upon leaving. 5. Avoid food particles of any kind to be in sink to avoid clog drains (This includes bones, oils, or scrap food) 6.Food of any kind should be discarded in trash and not not left in rooms. 7. Clothing or personal items of any kind should not be left in space on the day of check-out. 8. Once the garbage containers are filled to capacity, extra garbage bags will be located in the pantry with cleaning supplies. 9. If raw meat /seafood has been used it must be disposed of outside to prevent smells. 10. Any theft or damage to the interior/exterior of the house, appliances or furniture (in & out) of home will result in a negative mark on Airbnb Profile and a formal complaint to the regional department. 11. Smoking is allowed outside of home. Guest access Guest can access home from both front and back of the house. Other things to note For your security, motion sensor cameras are located in the common areas (living room/kitchen/hallway, front porch, back porch, front of house & back of house).
