The space -The Mass Street Suite is nestled above the garage in the back of the main house, which allows for an additional level of quiet & privacy. Being above the garage, there are 16 steps from the front door to the main living area. -The space is designed with a homey, high end hotel suite in mind and is equipped with only the basics for cooking in the kitchen & not a space designed for large prepared meal cooking. -This is an awesome place to stay for small families, couples & business travelers, but if you are thinking of having a party or a being excessively loud after 11 PM, this won't be the right listing for you. The MAXIMUM number of staying guests is 3 and MUST be selected at booking. No more than THREE staying guests will be allowed. While short(2-4hr) visits from other friends/family are no problem at all, the suite is not to be used for parties or large gatherings. If it is determined our policy on parties, extra guests or any other policies, has been breached, a $500 fee will be added to the total bill & will result in immediate eviction without refund. - To be able to continue to provide all of our wonderful guests with the same 5 star level of cleanliness & sparkling fresh experience, we kindly require that all guests remove their shoes @ the front door. -Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffee blends available.
