We are located just 5 minutes from downtown Bethel and 15 minutes from Sunday River. Our Chalet features a screen porch, heated mudroom, covered porch and wrap around deck with a hot tub. The first floor has 2 guest bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, open concept kitchen with island, dining area and living room. The second floor features loft with a workspace and a large king suite with walk-in closet and full bathroom. The washer and dryer are located in the basement accessible via a stairwell from the first floor. Guest access Guests can access all areas of the property and house. There is plenty of space for parking and snowmobile trailers. You can connect to the snowmobile trails via a private path through our backyard. Other things to note An electronically signed rental agreement is required for all guests who do not have any existing 5 star reviews prior to check in.
