Oven, microwave, toaster, crock pot, and Keurig on-site. The space 2 Queen Beds in BR with 55" TV with Chromecast, DVD player Sleeper Sofa in LR with 65" new Smart TV, DVD Player Netflix, Disney+, Paramount+ available. Location, location, location. Parking close, with NO STEPS to Unit, 1st level convenience. Kitchen - Oven/cooktop, Full refrigerator, Microwave, Keurig and French Press. Pots, Pans, Utensils, Plates, Cups, Oil, Salt & Pepper, Knives, chopping block, Tin Foil, Plastic Wrap. Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella Guest access Entire condo, Pool (Hours 9am- 10pm, Memorial-Oct), dumpster, and outdoor shower/rinse off. 2 UPPER DECKS WITH OCEAN VIEWS, shared space. Other things to note Walmart delivers to this address, shop before you leave and avoid the stress of vacation shopping after you arrive. (Best advice ever!) Grocery store Bolineau’s just a few miles up Ocean Blvd sells anything you could need. My place includes the little extras that allow you to show up and relax! Kayak's delite, minutes from the kayak launch and sound. ****Pets - Maximum of 2 pets, 50 lbs or under**** City Ordinances for Dog Owners May 15 through Labor Day: No dogs allowed on the beach 10 AM - 4 PM (otherwise dogs allowed all the time on the beach) Leash law is in effect at all times; maximum leash length is 7 feet Pet owners must pick up and properly dispose of pet waste.
