Guest access The apartment is accessed via a private entrance in an apartment building with 4 total units. There is not lift/elevator access and you will need to climb 4 flights of stairs. You will have access to the entire apartment and can come and go as you please. Other things to note The neighborhood is right across the river from Lower Manhattan (East and West Village, FiDi, Tribeca, Lower East Side, The Bowery and Chinatown, etc.) and serves as an amazing base for exploring that part of the city. Access to other parts of Brooklyn are also a snap and you can even ride the ferry 15 minutes to the Governor's Island green spaces (ferry can be accessed from Pier 6 - a mere ten minutes walking distance from the apartment).
