Our home offers a large Master bedroom en suite bath and a fully equipped kitchen for dining in. Fast WIFI, You Tube Tv, flat screens in every bedroom and living room. Garage parking, W/D, Keurig, complimentary organic coffee pods, and 3 cruiser bikes. There’s plenty of room to gather or have space for privacy. Sip your morning coffee on our back patio in comfy Adirondack chairs. Our place is located on a quiet neighborhood street just a 5 minute ride to DT Franklin. 25 min ride to Nashville! The space The Maple House is the perfect central location for exploring Middle Tennessee--from historic Franklin to the Natchez Trace Parkway to Nashville and beyond. It takes just minutes to get to important Civil War sites from the Battle of Franklin, live music venues, shopping, and restaurants. The house is stocked with guidebooks to help you figure out what best to explore. But when you are at the Maple House, you are in an oasis. There’s a half an acre of space, with sugar and silver maple trees. A fenced yard, firepit, basketball hoop, room to play, and room to park. Everything at Maple House has just recently been updated with new bathrooms, tile, flooring and more. With 4 BD and 2 BA, you have enough elbow room to have some privacy, but also lots of common areas in which to be together. Traveling with your pet? This house is stocked for what you need, if you are staying longer term (we welcome travel nurses and others) or for a fun weekend with friends and family. Accessibility note: Due to a split-level floor plan, this home requires climbing steps for access. Guest access We have a large driveway and space in the back of the house to park as well.
