A bright and spacious two-story home located on a beautiful quiet street in the Columbia Waterfront District. Walking distance to historic Brooklyn neighborhoods like Carroll Gardens, Red Hook, Cobble Hill and Downtown Brooklyn. With nearby subway lines - F and G, for all other travel needs. The space Together, we'll share this two-story, single family home in the Columbia Waterfront District. The building is over 100 years old and retains the charm and uniqueness of the quaint neighborhood it's located in! The home consists of two bedrooms. I reside in one and you'll have the other completely to yourself with a private work area. We'll share the rest of the home including the bathrooms. The bedrooms and full bath are located on the second floor, accessible by stairs. The kitchen, dining area, living room and a half bath are located on the first floor. In addition to myself, you'll be sharing the space with a cat named Martini. Guest access You'll have access to all the shared spaces in the home including the kitchen, living room, dining room, bathrooms and hallways. During your stay I'll be residing in the home with you. Happy to chat, give neighborhood recommendations and share a cup of tea! But will always respect your privacy. Other things to note There is a shy cat that lives in the apartment.
