Each one has a new queen bed and comfortably sleeps two people. The common area includes living room, dining room as well as 2 porches to hang out on. There are 2 full bathrooms in the house. Enjoy an easy arrival with self check-in access. Other things to note: - CHECK-IN - You're welcome to drop-off your luggage after 12pm. However, the house will not be ready for check-in until 5pm the day of arrival. - CHECK-OUT - Guests must check-out by 12pm on the departure day established in their reservation. - PARKING - There is an easy street parking and there is a space for one car on the driveway. - HOUSE RULES - There are a number of house rules that come along with this property and we ask guests politely to respect them. • No smoking • No pets (exceptions are possible for small pets, please ask) • Noise Disclaimer: the quiet hours for this home are 10pm – 8am.
