Our guesthouse is ready to host the most discerning traveler. You will appreciate the clean private guesthouse that is located on a quiet neighborhood street in a newer central subdivision that is close to all that SW Missouri has to offer. Please note that we offer a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils in the kitchen area, there is no stove/ oven. Parties and events are not allowed. Any extra guests need to have prior approval from the host before they arrive on site. The space You will be in close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and hospitals. Your space is all yours including your own private entrance with self check in with a digital keypad. We recently remodeled with all new furniture and bedding (more pictures to come). There is a queen bed, sofa bed, and queen air mattress. This space is private and suited for traveling nurses, families, and professionals. The sofa bed is more suitable for children so please keep that in mind when booking. There is a storage closet with extra bedding if required. Parking is in the driveway next to the green electrical boxes or on the street in front of our house, not in between the guesthouse and our neighbor. Please walk all dogs on the side yard where the green electrical boxes are and do not let them use the front yard to go to the bathroom. Other things to note There is off street parking for one vehicle and safe on street parking for an additional vehicle.
