Wake up to breathtaking sunrises right over the lake, spend your days swimming, kayaking, or simply relaxing on the beach, and unwind in the evenings to the call of loons or the sight of eagles soaring overhead. ✨ Cottage Highlights • 3 Bedrooms: Primary with a king bed and lake views, second with a queen, and third with two twins. • Updated Comforts: Mini-split AC/heat units in each bedroom + living area, modern kitchen with stainless appliances & dishwasher, and 1.5 updated baths. • Screened Porch: A spacious 36’x12’ porch for lounging, dining, and enjoying panoramic lake views. • Entertainment: Cozy living room with a 50” smart TV and WiFi. • Linens: Provided during peak summer (late June–August); spring/fall guests bring their own. 🌿 Optional Rustic Studio Cabin Need extra space? Our studio cabin is available to main cottage guests for an additional fee. It includes: • A queen bed (sleeps 2 adults) • A private bath (shower, sink, toilet) • A reading nook and simple kitchen setup (sink + RV gas cooktop) • Grill access Please inquire for availability and rate. 🌅 Outdoor Enjoyment • Private Beach: Rare in Sebago — even in high-water season, beach access remains. • Dock & Mooring: Bring your boat or enjoy the kayaks and floats provided (life jackets required). • Fire Pit & Grill: Relax by the gas fire pit or cook outside on the Blackstone griddle. • Wildlife Watching: Spot eagles daily and listen for loons in the cove. 📌 Essential Details • Non-Smoking Property: Strictly enforced inside and out. • Beach Access: 66 stairs lead down to the waterfront — please review photos to ensure suitability for your group. • Children & Safety: The property does not have a fence along the lakebank. Guest access The cottage is self-contained and private with a large, sweeping screened-in porch. Your access code will be generated and provided prior to arrival. Other things to note One dog is allowed (we love them!); an additional cleaning fee of $125/week is required to cover the costs of extra labor for cleaning. Please bring covers for furniture. There are approximately 60+ stairs down to the beach (please review updated photos of new stairs installed Spring 2023) and relatively steep banking with no fence - our family (from infant to adults) has grown up here for generations without incident, but if you have small children or have difficulty navigating stairs, please view all photos prior to booking this property to ensure it is an appropriate fit for you. We consider it a great way to increase our step count for the day! Also, please note there is no fence along the top banking and no lifeguard on duty at the lake. **Washer use may be limited mid-to-late Fall in light of colder temps at night and the possibility of freezing pipes in the non-heated area. We will reach out prior to your rental to ensure your wishes regarding using our bedding vs yours - we provide all sheets, towels, and beach towels unless you prefer to bring yours (high season/summer months only). Please note: off season renters (May-June, post Labor Day-Oct) must provide their own sheets and linens. The owner's kayaks and floats are available for use by renters at their own risk; renters/guests assume responsibility for personal safety and must provide their own properly fitting life jackets. Children should never be allowed to go by the water without attentive parental supervision. There is no lifeguard on duty at the beach. Additionally, renters use the stairs to the beach and the steep banking at their own risk. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
