This two-bedroom apartment features a private entrance, a fenced front yard, and a rustic seating area for relaxation. Located 7 miles from Death Valley National Park, it offers easy access to desert exploration and nearby public lands. Inside, enjoy a full kitchen, spacious dining area, and cozy living room—all designed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The space Apartment #4 is a two bedroom older apartment. The master bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress with soft clean linen and pillows. It has a large dresser and night stand, with lighting for late night reading. It has a large chair for reading, reflection or relaxation. It has a large closet with plenty of hangers. The 2nd bedroom has a full and twin size bed, both memory foam mattress with soft clean linen. There is a full closet with an ironing board and iron. The living room is small but cozy, that has a large sofa and love seat and a 55" flat screen TV to watch Netflix for your entertainment There is one bathroom that is small but cozy. It has a shower with a stone floor with plenty of room to move about. The kitchen and dining area is large and spacious, with a corner dining table and a center island that has 3 high chairs perfect for engaging in conversation with the chef of the day. It is a full kitchen with basic cooking utensils. It has a front patio with a picnic table and umbrella, along with a firepit and seating for 6, to star gaze on a cool NV night. it is surrounding by a privacy fence allowing you to relax on your terms. Guest access Parking is in front of building, shared with other customers. Guest has access to entire house. However, there is another unit next door, please be mindful of the noise levels, i.e.., TV to loud, especially during evening time. Our goal is to provide a tranquil and pleasant experience during your stay. Other things to note Beatty is 70 miles to the closest grocery store (Pahrump NV) There is a dollar store that has some foods (frozen stuff) but not veggie or fruit. It is limited in selection. Also, Death Valley is 38 miles to the visitor Center. However, the entrance is only 5 miles. There is a vendor who sells Vegetables and fruit from his trailer (set up as a stand), usually he parks by the Dollar store. Sparse selection to choose from. When checking out, please wash dishes and pick up trash around the apartment, we will throw out the trash. Be mindful of other guests on the properties, such as noise levels especially during the evening.
