This will ensure roughly 24 hours of vacancy prior to housekeeping working and roughly 24 hours of vacancy post clean. When considering this home, please DO NOT automatically book. Rather, send us an inquiry and allow us to authorize or ensure the dates will work before booking. We thank you, in advance, for your patience and understanding. To further accommodate the appropriate time between reservations, early arrivals will be limited and there will be no late check-outs. Following guidance from health organizations, some guest amenities will be modified per safety recommendations. I.E.: extra spices in the kitchen will limited, extra or decorative pillows and blankets will be removed, Modest changes but in favor of caution and guest safety. We have also invested in and are using an OSHA/EPA-approved, hospital-grade disinfectant on hard surfaces and high-touch areas throughout each home. Guest Welcome Book is provided to help our guests with necessary information such as: Wi-Fi passwords, emergency contact, emergency services (hospital, police etc). Additional information regarding operating instructions for appliances, points of interest such as grocery store, pharmacy, banks, restaurants, museums etc. -There is a mandatory cleaning fee of $300 per stay. -If you would like to heat the pool during the fall / winter months, there will be an additional charge of $60 per day. Complimentary heat is provided for the spa. -All guests are required to adhere to current local vacation rental rules set by the City of Palm Springs. -Check in after 3pm -Check out by 11am -Gas fireplace in the living room is not operational. Fire of any kind should not be used in the fireplace -Absolutely NO PARTIES ALLOWED -Absolutely NO PETS ALLOWED on the property, no exceptions. -Absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING is allowed in the house -Minors are strongly discouraged. -House is not suitable for children as there is no pool safety fence to prevent accidental falls into the pool or spa.
