Tiny House offers all the amenities you need for a peaceful getaway, including a comfortable bedroom with a queen-size memory foam mattress and a well-appointed bathroom. It’s a perfect blend of modern convenience and country charm, freshly updated in 2024. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware for four, glasses, and a Keurig coffee maker. You’ll also have a microwave, refrigerator, and stove/oven for preparing meals. A grill is available for use in warmer months, while a fire pit near the garden offers the perfect spot for stargazing and s’mores. Enjoy entertainment with a TV (HDTV digital antenna for local stations), DVDs, and a selection of movies. While there’s no Wi-Fi or cable, cell service is generally available, and the property offers a true escape from the digital world. For added convenience, there is a small washer/dryer unit, an EV charger, and a drying rack for your clothing. While we are pet-free due to health concerns. As we're located in a wooded area, we recommend bringing bug spray for your comfort. While strolling around, you'll come across a picnic area on the lower lawn and a swing near the lower firepit. If you're interested in playing horseshoes, let us know, and we'll happily set up the horseshoe pit for you. Be sure to visit the garden, where you can enjoy a variety of flowers and, depending on the season, fresh fruit and vegetables. Feel free to sample any fruit or veggies you come across! Other things to note Important Information for Your Stay: Amish Horse and Buggies: Be aware that Amish horse and buggies share the road, and they are harder to see at night. Please drive with caution, especially in rural areas. Amish Stores: Local Amish stores are closed on Sundays. They also only accept cash or checks—credit cards are not accepted.
