You may park your boat or RV on our property while you are staying with us. Also, there is a public boat ram right down the street from the house. Other things to note While staying at our cabin, you will be captivated by the natural beauty that Florida has to offer. The great outdoors can be exciting, but it can be dangerous as well. PLEASE DO NOT feed or approach the wildlife. You may see alligators, snakes, manatees, and many other species such as fish, birds and from time to time American bald eagles. As you enjoy these beautiful animals, please use caution and DO NOT attempt to disturb them and their environment. -For your safety and ours. The property is equipped with exterior security cameras around the property. Cameras are NOT used indoors. Recording may be used for security and guest verification purposes only. -The property is near the St. John's river, there is a public ram down the street from the house. You may park your boat or RV on the property while you are staying with us. -Our property is fully equipped with all the comforts of home including fridge, stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, blender, dishwasher, toaster, espresso machine, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, dishes, linens, and bath towels. - SMOKING OUTSIDE ONLY! Inside our cabin is a smoke free zone. Please dispose of any cigarette butts in our firepits located outside. DO NOT dispose of them in the yard, lake or anywhere on the property except in the firepits. -DO NOT BRING INDOOR FURNITURE, COMFORTERS, PILLOW OR BATHTOWELS OUTSIDE. - Wash all dishes properly before putting back in drawers or cabinets. -Lock all doors and windows, turn off all lights and fans as well as all appliances and unplug toaster, coffee maker when checking out. - Do not forget to pack all your personal belongings. Also, if you have the urge to rearrange our decor or furniture, just make sure to put them back as you found them.
