The space My home is located in a safe and quite neighborhood in Clear Lake. I’ve added some new items to my property such as cordless blinds you may not see in some photos. There is a sound bar in the downstairs living room, an Alexa studio speaker for the master bedroom with with a smaller one located in master bathroom and one on top of the refrigerator in the kitchen. I have also installed an 82 inch Samsung TV in the master bedroom as well. There is also an office in the 3rd guest bedroom which has the futon available to sleep, completed with a new IMAC M1 (blue) computer, trackpad and charging station. The guest account on the computer will be available for use (all information on the guest account will be deleted automatically once logging out). I’ve also added a few outdoor furniture items for the pool including lounge chairs. All TV’s (3), will already be signed into HBO Max, Netflix and Disney Plus. The Alexa speakers (3) will already be connected to Apple Music. My home will be throughly cleaned and disinfected before each guest checks in. You can also find disinfectant items such as Lysol and Hand Sanitizer in a few locations throughout the house. The pool will be clean and fresh with a few floaties already inflated to help you enjoy your stay. Note: there are 3 camera on the property Camera1: located outside above the garage with a view of the driveway. Camera2: Doorbell cam. Camera3: located outside in the backyard with a view of the pool. Guest access You will have access to the entire home except 3 doors will be locked inside the home. Door 1: you will NOT have access to the garage. Door 2: a closet downstairs across from the half bathroom in the kitchen. Door 3: you will NOT have access to the walk in closet in the master bedroom. There is a smaller closet next to the bed you will have access to.
