#3 Private room in home with pool

My house is located about 1 mile from the Ace train and 2 miles from the In-Shape gym. With in close walking distance from Raley's grocery store, Starbucks, and restaurants. Occupying this 4 bedroom house is an empty nester Mom (me), my two cats and up to 3 Airbnb guests. All are working professionals, working various hours. Guests have access to backyard and pool. Parking either in the driveway or on the street. The space This room has a desk and chair. WiFi and a TV with streaming device to run your own steaming service. We provide pillows, sheets, blankets, and towels. A clothes steamer and hair dryer. Guest access Guests have access to all aspects of the house except the master bedroom and garage. During your stay Carla will be available throughout the guest's stay. If she is not home at the same time as the guest she will make sure you have her cell number.
