Our home is second row at Burkes Beach. Close to Palmetto Dunes Plantation Golf and Tennis , Port Royal Plantation Golf and Tennis. Convenient mid Island location. It is great for couples, solo adventurists, and families (not set up for toddlers and younger). Steps to the beach path and Chaplin Park, which has lit tennis courts, park and picnic areas. Walk or bike on beach to Coco's Beach Bar or Marriott Beach Bar. Open floor plan and under house parking. OWNER IS A LICENSED REALTOR. The space Open Floor plan with a master suite at one end that walks out to deck. The other end has 2 bedrooms with an updated bathroom between them. Washer/Dryer. The kitchen has a center island great for meals, puzzles and family game night, also a desk for those who want to do a little work. A large TV in the great room to gather for late night movies. Guest access Parking is available at the house, up to 4 vehicles. Sorry no RVs, boats allowed to park. Bike rentals are available, they drop off and pick up, but reserve ahead of time. Other things to note March thru the end of May, there are a few lots in the neighborhood being developed, and workers could be there from 7am-7pm Mon-Sat. We held our prices to accommodate that inconvenience.
