The space This is centrally located to everything Los Angeles has to offer! We are also very close to USC/Keck hospital. Short or long-term guests welcome. Guest access Guests have full access of the house. Our on-premise host Marlon stays in an ADU attached to the main house, this area is separate not for Airbnb guests. Plenty of street parking, please read street signs for street cleaning days. Other things to note Very important --Please LOCK THE FRONT GATE whenever ENTERING or LEAVING, and do not let the dogs out of the property. A guest accidentally left the gate open and lost our dogs. We are so grateful to have them back. We have 2 beautiful dogs on site who mind their own business, they are always looked after in a separate area. We provide towels, body soap and linens. Wifi, Netflix, close proximity to USC Medical, Keck Hospital, and 5 I minutes to Downtown LA, Little Tokyo, Chinatown. 15 minutes to Hollywood, Beverly Hills, 25 minutes to Venice, Santa Monica, Malibu, beaches. 40 minutes to Disneyland!
