Newer townhome with Utah Lake in the backyard. Super clean. Quiet neighborhood. Welcome to everyone and anyone! You are welcome to use the community clubhouse which has a gym, pool, hot tub, and more. There’s a great running/walking path right along Utah Lake behind my house. I live at my place but you can go as you please. Please use the kitchen, the living room, the TV, and make yourself comfortable for your stay! The space It is the perfect spot! It’s got a gorgeous view of the mountains and Utah Lake is less than 1/4 mile behind my home. There’s a gorgeous walking path right by the lake. It’s super close to the freeway and to a new area with restaurants and a Megaplex movie theater. Guest access Every space excluding my personal bedroom. During your stay If you need anything, I will certainly help. :) If you’re wanting no interaction, that is fine as well.
