The Loveland Lofts- Loft 4 "Boutique Hotel"

A Queen Suite with an open floor plan, conveniently located downtown in a historic building that has been newly renovated into a boutique Hotel. Within walking distance of all the restaurants, shops, Bike trail, and the Little Miami River, you can enjoy the energetic vibe that this town has to offer. With a total of 4 private rooms available to rent out with a communal balcony for Loft guests only, it is a great place to reconnect with loved ones in a fun location. The space The Lofts are located on the second floor of the building connected to two restaurants. You can access our front entrance from the main strip in downtown Loveland, which takes you up a flight of stairs straight to the hallway with the four separate units. To access our back entrance, you walk around Bishops Quarter restaurant to the alleyway, and you will see a flight of stairs and an elevator. This will lead you to our private balcony with furniture that is only for our Loft guests to enjoy and takes you to the back entrance of our units. The Loft has an open floor plan where the bed, living room, and Kitchen are all in the same area but with an enclosed bathroom. The couch is also a sofa pullout with a queen mattress. There is a closet with hangers and 2 luggage holders as well as a dirty laundry hamper. A bar top table with stools to enjoy your meals. You can expect some noise from the restaurant Bishop Quarter if they have bands playing that evening until they close. Guest access Free Parking spot in the lot across from Narrow Path Brewery with our Parking Pass you will receive inside your room to place in your vehicle Furnished Balcony Updated Fiber network High speed Wifi HD TV with basic cable with smart TV capabilities ( Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime etc. just plug in your account info) Kitchenette with Keurig machine (coffee, creamer, sugar, cups provided), Microwave, refrigerator and a sink with towels, dish soap and scrubber, drying rack. Kitchen essentials such as glassware( glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses), plates, bowls, silverware, wine and can opener, scissors, paper towels and trash bags. Bathroom essentials such as toliet paper, tissues, hand towels, bath towels, washcloths, shampoo & conditioner, body and hand soap, 4 pillows for Queen bed 2 pillows for Sofa bed and linens for Queen and sofa pullout with extra blankets. Other things to note This room is great for a night out in the town since it can be noisier than our other rooms but it won't be a problem if you are joining the nightlife. This room is below Bishop Quarter bar, which is a restaurant, and above the restaurant, so it can be noisy during opening hours as well as night hours until they close. They close at 10 pm on weekdays and midnight on weekends.
