Guest suite in Mendocino

Home is located right around the corner from Russian Gulch State Park with only a 5 min walk to the parks entrance and its hiking trails. Location is 1 mile from Point Cabrillo Lighthouse and 2 miles to the Mendocino Village and Caspar Beach. Within driving distance to many other coastal attractions, including wine tasting, hiking, surfing, kayaking, beaches, river, fishing, redwoods, Fort Bragg and many other activities. Access to many premier mountain biking trails is right across the highway. The space Guests have access to the private studio which includes a kitchenette that has an electric range and microwave. Studio has a refrigerator and ample closet space as well as a large attached bathroom with double sink and shower. There is also a TV with DirecTV and other streaming services. Guests can also enjoy the one acre property outside with access to the entire yard and both decks. Relax at this wonderful spot where you can usually hear the waves crashing, wildlife roaming the neighborhood, and the seals barking. Guest access Guests have access to everything in the guest studio which includes your private bathroom and kitchenette. Prime location puts you minutes away from Russian gulch and premier beaches like Big River, Caspar, and Jug Handle. Access miles of hiking trails without having to get in your car. Other things to note Studio has a comfortable queen bed as well as a fold out futon that is also a queen. Futon bed has also been reviewed by my own mother that it is comfortable.
