The old Carriage Airbnb is not a 5 stars hotel, but it can be a cozy and comfortable “home away from home” for travellers, workers, students, etc at a reasonable price. “Wake up with determination, go to bed with satisfaction.” At the Carriage Guest unit you will get a good night's sleep and a room service breakfast in the morning that will be ready from 7:45 am to 10:00 am. ( no special diet like gluten-free etc.) The space This apartment has 2 connecting rooms: a queen room and a twin room, with private stairs and side door leading to the driveway and parking. Internet and Ignite TV keep guests entertained and connected. The two rooms share a TV, large closet, mini fridge (with small freezer); Each room has an own desk. Small storage island in the hallway for microwave, kettle, dishes, etc. Private bathroom with free toiletries. This apartment is a great choice for a couples, 2 friends or parents and a child aged 5-10. However, the double room may not be spacious enough for a plus -sized person, and the apartment is definitely not suitable for a group of 3 adults. Guest access Midland Centennial Arena, Little lake, Georgian Bay, supermarkets, banks, church, library, YMCA, restaurants, retail stores, laundromats, etc. are just a few minutes walk. Guests will not be able to access to host's private living quarter, living room, kitchen and basement apartment. Other things to note This property has a home monitoring around the house (not in guest private accommodation) We expect our guests to respect our rules during their stay: Do not park trailer or RV in our driveway. Do not use your own portable oven/stove / laundry machine / heating in our guest accommodation. Do not leave valuables in the room when you go out. Hosts will not be responsible for the loss of guests' belongings. No unregistered guests are allowed in our property at any time. No using our Airbnb address as guest’s mailing address while stay here or after check out. No smoking (not suitable for smokers) No loud music/TV. Guests need to lock the door every time in or out. * Because Canada has had a global Covid 19 pandemic in the past, and the hosts are middle-aged people who are susceptible to infection; therefore, please do not come when you are sick or having symptom of flu or illness, etc.
