Talecca Homestead #4
Talecca Homestead #4
Description
A comfortable pad with two bedrooms and one bath. Perfect for a family or two couples to stay while exploring the beautiful red-rock country of the national parks' Grand Circle. The place is brand new, but is built to show off the rustic western feel, true to the pioneer culture of the region. We have easy highway access to Zion National Park (17 minutes away), and great views looking across the Virgin River Valley southward to Gooseberry Mesa The space Please remove shoes at the door. We ask that you please wash their own dishes before departure. The space has a full kitchen, and we do have some common spices and oil. If you need something, or forgot something please let us know and we'll do our best to provide it. Guest access We have received permission from the neighbors allowing all guests to access the Virgin River and use the private road that runs along it. Be extra respectful of the property, do not pick the fruit, vegetables, or nuts don't cut across the field, and close any gates that you open. Other things to note The building is newly finished and completely furnished. However, because of some surprises during construction, we have had to postpone the landscaping. We are sorry that the entire project couldn't be completed before opening, but we expect to complete the landscaping in the near future. We provide the best WiFi we can, and you are able to use WiFi calling. This is a rural area, and sometimes, service and power interruptions do happen.
